This 100-page strong Issue includes Part I of our extensive 2019 Vintage Report with 390 wines from over 45 Estates. Here is what is in store.
2019 was anything but easy ... but at the top, the vintage is epic and up there, with the finest classic vintages of the region.
However, this is only at the top: The vintage was also ripe and it was all too easy to end up with creamy powerful wines marked by the sun. More than ever, advise will be key to buy smartly in 2019.
Part I of the Vintage Report includes 18 detailed Estate Reviews (with 260 wines sampled). It also provides detailed tasting notes for another 130 wines from a further 17 Estates, including from some new exciting names we bet you have never heard off.
